Sonata I in Eb Maj., Sonata II in C min., Sonata III in D min., Sonata IV in E min., Sonata V in C Maj., Sonata VI in G Maj. Written in 1722-1727 by Bach for either a pedal harpsichord or an organ during his last year at Cöthen and first years at Leipzig, these “pre-classical” Italian instrumental-type form sonatas adapt well for clarinet trio.
